Driving Instructions: Drive 30 miles southeast of Estacada off Highway 224. Springs are in the Clackamas River, about 4 miles east of the River Ford Campground.

Comments: Austin has become a project of the Northwest Forest Conservancy due to overuse. A visit to the springs is still possible but only on work days where a conservancy crew is present. To help with the restoration efforts you can donate time or money through contacts at www.nwforests.com.
