Premise:

District attorney J.L. McCabe strikes down on the crime in Los Angeles (and later Hawaii) together with his special investigator Jake Styles and assistant D.A. Derek Mitchell.

Series Trivia:
* McCabe had a son that was seen occasionally on the show. He later was killed by some criminals he betrayed.
* Most of the show's episodes are named after well-known songs from the Swing Era.
